Phil, a lame ventriloquist/comedian, is unable to sexually satisfy his wife. One night during his show, his hand puppet speaks to him -- for real -- telling him "there's a mouse in the house." He runs home to find his wife in bed and his half-naked colleague hiding in the closet.
